Down in a J-Hole...

Welcome to 2009... Hope everyone's New Year was as messy as ours. Its only taken me 2 years to get around to starting my blog, and there's no time like the present!

We're going to make this a place to promote up-and-coming music in the same way our clubnight does. Some of them you may agree with, others maybe not...

I'm getting fed up with BBC's "Sound of 2009" or what's going to be big this year, half of the acts have been around and releasing singles for the best part of last year! White Lies? Florence and the Machine? Weren't they both in last years lists?! Talking of White Lies, if you like them, check out The Slow Blade, WL gone electro.

Where have all the unsigned bands gone... What about Micachu, Little Comets et al... We'll be back with our Sounds of 2009 shortly!

There will eventually be some interesting things on this page, I hope. For the time being check out some stuff on the right hand side, i'm sure that will be fun.
